He subsequently ran product development for the Ken Blanchard companies for six years, creating five training product lines while being a collaborator, confidant and co-author for Dr. Blanchard, “The One Minute Manager.” He is currently a personal coach for Dr. Marshall Goldsmith, the world’s #1-ranked executive coach.
