About me
Kent Nuttall specializes in Lean Talent Development. During 30+ years in the talent development profession, he has incorporated strong front-end analysis techniques in Fortune 500 companies and medium-sized organizations at the point of growth, connecting talent development solutions to business results. He has developed curriculum and led teams in a wide range of industries, including telephony, nuclear energy, and oil and gas, and has successfully worked with leaders in all facets of organizations. His development activities span leadership and team building to technical skills. He earned his Master’s Degree in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University. He is a past president of ATD Houston. He earned his Certified Professional in Learning and Performance through ATD in 2006 and has supported the certification program through local mentoring and promotion. He serves in a leadership role with the Boy Scouts of America in Houston. In his spare time Kent has shared his facilitation and development skills with youth organizations.
